"Not many cars to choose from"
There just weren’t many cars available, like barely any at all. I was hoping for more options, but the selection was really limited, really limited.

"Solid experience, just keep an eye on mileage"
I had a smooth time using Flexdrive. The car was in good shape, the whole process was easy, and it was kind of nice having such a simple option. The only thing I’d say is to watch the mileage limit because it can creep up on you faster than you think. Overall though, I was happy with it and would consider using it again.

"Easy to use with just a couple small hiccups"
I’ve been using the flexdrive app to browse cars and manage my booking, and overall it’s been a smooth experience. The layout is straightforward, the menus are where I’d expect them to be, and I was able to find my payment details and reservation info without any hassle.

The only reason I’d hold back from giving it 5 stars is that it can load a little slowly at times, and one screen did freeze on me once. That said, based on my experience, it still does what I need and makes managing the rental easy...

"Support helped, but it took a little while"
I had to reach out to support about my Flexdrive booking, and they did eventually get it sorted. The fix itself was fine, but the replies felt a bit slow, especially when I was checking my inbox and waiting to know what was going on. It wasn’t a bad experience or anything, just not as quick as I hoped. Overall, it was okay, but faster responses would make it better.

"Something just feels off with the billing"
My bill has been wrong twice now, that doesn’t give me much confidence. Support eventually responded, but it was slow, and my gut feeling is that this will probably happen again unless they really fix their billing process

"Why weren’t the prices clearer??"
I got frustrated with the way the prices were shown. It felt like I had to click around and dig just to figure out the actual total cost?? That kind of thing makes it hard to trust the booking process.

"Car was actually clean"
The inside was clean overall. I only noticed a few crumbs under the seat, which really isn’t a big deal in my opinion. I’d say it was well kept.

"Felt like the price kept changing"
The car itself was fine, nothing terrible, but the cost just didn’t feel worth it. The fees started adding up so fast, and it kind of felt like the goalposts kept moving every time I thought I knew what I was paying. It was convenient, sure, but for the final price I really expected a better deal overall.

"Maintenance took sooo long"
The maintenance help was frustrating. It took foreverrr to get anything done, and I barely got any updates while I was waiting.

"Flexible, but still kinda limited"
It’s flexible, which I appreciated. Nice. But after using it for a bit, I did feel like it had some limits that got in the way. Meh. It works, but it could definitely be better...

"Insurance part was more stressful than it needed to be"
The insurance coverage was the part I remember most, and not in a good way. I might be blanking on some of the smoother parts of the rental, but what stuck with me was how unclear the coverage was. Every time I asked support, I got these short replies that didn’t really make me feel any better. I ended up driving around kind of nervous because I wasn’t sure what was actually covered if something happened. Maybe some people wouldn’t mind, but for me it just wasn’t worth the stress.

"After I returned the car, I noticed..."
After I returned the car, I noticed a billing problem and thought it would be a simple thing to clear up. Instead, it turned into way more phone calls than I expected, and each time support said someone would follow up, I ended up being the one chasing them again.
They did eventually fix the issue, so I’m giving 2 stars for that, but my overall feeling is that the process was unnecessarily stressful. To me, the frustrating part wasn’t just the mistake itself, but how hard it was to get anyone to actually take ownership of it

I booked a car on Flexdrive for a trip with my sister, and the whole process was straightforward. The site was easy to navigate, and I got through most of the steps without any hassle. The prices and car options were clear, though one page did take a little longer to load, so I ended up double-checking my info before submitting. The pickup part was okay, no real issue there. The delivery just took way longer than expected. It’s not even about that things can run behind sometimes, but I wish there had been better communication about the delay.

"Refund took a bit, but got sorted"
Had to cancel my Flexdrive booking and was a little nervous about how the refund would go.
Didn’t show up right away, so I messaged support once to check in. Got a reply in a normal amount of time, and they explained what was happening.

Money came back after a few days, so all good in the end. Would’ve been 5 stars if the refund had been a bit quicker

"Car was in rough condition"
I picked up the car and it was in rough shape. It was dirty, had dents all over, and smelled like smoke inside. Definitely not what I expected when renting a vehicle, and I’d really expect some kind of compensation for the condition it was given to me in.

"Canceling took longer than expected"
Canceling ended up taking more time than I thought it would, which was a bit frustrating. That said, the service itself was decent while I used it, and everything did get sorted out in the end.
